Play Guidelines

 

Planning your paintball day with us? Here’s everything you (and your crew) need to know to be game-day ready. Please read carefully — it’ll help make your session smooth, safe, and seriously fun.

 

Who Can Play

Minimum Age:
Players must be 12 years or older to participate.

ID Required:
All players must bring valid government-issued photo ID. That includes:

  • Driver’s licence

  • Passport

  • NSW Proof of age card

  • Student ID (for under 18s)

⚠️ No ID = No Play.
It’s essential for legal and safety reasons.

For Under 18s:
A parent or guardian must sign the digital waiver ahead of time. We’ll send this to you after booking.

 

Refusal of Entry Policy

We’re here for a good time — but safety always comes first.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any players who:

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Cannot properly wear a safety mask due to fit or non-compliance

  • Repeatedly break the rules or behave in an unsafe manner

Let’s keep the game fun and safe for everyone.

 

What to Bring

Here’s what we recommend bringing along:

  • Enclosed shoes (a must — no open footwear allowed)

  • Valid Photo ID

  • Water bottle (hydration = sharp shooting!)

  • Keep a change of clothes and a towel in the car for afterwards (especially handy if it’s wet or muddy)

  • A plastic bag for wet gear if it’s raining

 

Session Times & Arrival

We run two sessions per day:

  • Morning session: Arrive at 8:00am

  • Afternoon session: Arrive at 12:30pm

Each session runs for around 2 – 3.5 hours.

⏱️ Running late? Please let us know ASAP. While we’ll do our best, we can’t always delay session times.

Digital waivers will be sent to group organisers and must be completed all players before your game day.

 

Wet Weather? No Worries.

Rain or shine — the game is on. In fact, muddy days are some of the most fun.

If there are severe weather conditions, we’ll get in touch with you directly about your booking.

 

Booking Deposit Info

Your booking is only confirmed once we’ve received your deposit — no exceptions.

  • Deposit amount: $50 per person

  • Due: Minimum 2 weeks before your game date

  • Paid by: The group organiser

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for no-shows.
However, if someone drops out, you’re welcome to replace them with another player.

 

Food & Drink Policy

Unfortunately, due to our venue license, outside food is not permitted. We know this can be inconvenient and we appreciate your understanding.

✅ Drinks are allowed — and we also have cold drinks for sale onsite for $3 (soft drinks and bottled water).
🚫 No alcohol allowed at any time.
